At least one renter who will be present during the stay must be age 55 or older. This is a non-negotiable Silver Shores community requirement. An additional nonrefundable $300 HOA background-check and application fee applies. Children may visit for up to 30 days, with HOA approval requested at least three weeks in advance.
$2,500 refundable damage deposit. Checkout cleaning charged at actual cost; routine cleaning is not provided. HOA application fee: $300, nonrefundable.

Full cancellation without penalty up to 30 days before arrival. Your supplied schedule lists 25% of one month’s rent at three weeks, 50% at two weeks, and one month’s rent within seven days. It also includes a conflicting second “three weeks — 75%” entry. The 75% interval must be confirmed before this policy can be finalized.
A rental agreement will confirm payment dates, cancellation provisions, fees and any applicable HOA requirements.
